We had a fantastic day at our Annual Picnic on August 28, 2024! 🎉 Lions and their families gathered to enjoy a beautiful day filled with laughter, fun, and community spirit. From exciting games for all ages 🏓, to delicious food 🍔, and plenty of activities for the kids 🎈—it was truly a day to remember!

On the evening of May 11th, 2024, the Markham Elite Lions Club hosted a spectacular Gala Dinner aimed at supporting the Markham Stouffville Hospital. This event, held at Oasis Convention Centre in Mississauga, brought together community members, local businesses, and philanthropists in a collective effort to raise funds for the hospital’s vital initiatives.
The success of the Gala Dinner was not only measured by the funds raised but also by the spirit of unity and compassion that permeated the event. It served as a reminder of the power of collective action and the profound impact that can be achieved when individuals come together for a common cause. Markham Elite Lions Club donated Markham Stouffville Hospital and Lions Clubs International Funds.
Thanks to the dedication and hard work of the Markham Elite Lions Club, as well as the generosity of all who attended and supported the event, the Gala Dinner surpassed expectations, making a significant contribution to the Markham Stouffville Hospital’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to the community.
